David Winner

David Winner, MD, has served as a member of the Board of Trustees and as the CPC Medical Director since 2000 with a year break in 2015. Dr. Winner received his BA in Chemistry at Ohio State University, his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and did his internship and residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. He is currently practicing at Defiance Regional Medical Center, where he is Chief of Staff. As the CPC Medical director, Dr. Winner is responsible for managing and giving direction and insight to our ultrasound nurse manager, Julie Hagen, and the nurses who serve under her supervision. Dr. Winner, in his position as Medical Director, is responsible for our nurses providing detailed and accurate medical information to clients who come to our centers seeking information about their pregnancy. He is very concerned that our medical clinics operate with excellence in providing treatment and care for our patients. Dr. Winner and his wife, Amy, have a son and daughter and reside in Defiance. The Winner family attends Pettisville Missionary Church.
